Refund Policy

At Wolford Excavating, all sales and services are final. Due to the nature of our work and the resources involved in each project, we do not offer refunds on any services provided.

No Refunds

Once work has commenced or services have been scheduled, all payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Deposits or retainers

• Partial payments

• Full payments for completed or ongoing services

Project Adjustments

If there is a concern about the quality or outcome of any service, please contact us promptly. While refunds are not available, we are committed to addressing reasonable concerns and making good-faith efforts to correct any work within the scope of the original agreement.
